About these terms

Plan My Darshan (planmydarshan.com) is run by AHAN Apps LLC, a company based in the United States ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Not affiliated with TTD

Plan My Darshan is an independent service. We are not part of, endorsed by, or connected to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), any temple, or any government body. Temple names and festival names are used only to describe the places and events our tools cover. For darshan tickets, accommodation, sevas, donations, refunds or any official matter, please use TTD's official website and channels.

Crowd forecasts are estimates

Our Tirumala crowd forecasts, expected ranges, "calmest day" suggestions, wait-time outlooks and compartment estimates are predictions made by our own model from public information. They are labelled Beta because we are still improving them.

• Actual crowds and waiting times can be very different, especially on festival days, during VIP visits, bad weather, or when TTD changes its arrangements.
• Figures shown as TTD's announcements are reported as published and may change through the day.
• Weather is a third-party forecast and can be wrong.

Please use the forecasts as one input to your planning and confirm with TTD's official updates before you travel or make bookings. Travel, health and safety decisions are your own.

Sankalpam, panchangam and devotional content

The Sankalpam Helper, panchangam details (tithi, nakshatram, vaaram and so on), Kshetra Sankalpams, rasi phalalu and other devotional content are provided for reference, in good faith. Calculations depend on your chosen place, date and time zone, and traditions differ by region and family. Where your family priest, temple or tradition says otherwise, please follow them. Rasi phalalu are traditional readings for general interest, not advice.

Trip guides and outside links

Our guides on darshan types, timings, how to reach, where to stay and places to visit are general information that may go out of date. We link to other websites, including TTD, social media and sponsors. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or services.

Sponsors

Some businesses appear on the site as sponsors or partners, and are clearly labelled. A sponsor listing is not a recommendation or guarantee by us. Any purchase or arrangement you make with a sponsor is between you and that sponsor. Sponsors never influence our crowd forecasts.

Using the site fairly

You may use Plan My Darshan for your own personal, non-commercial planning and worship, and share links to it freely. Please don't:

• copy, scrape or republish our forecasts, data, text or images in bulk, or build a competing service from them
• overload, attack or try to break the site, or get around its security
• send spam, abusive or unlawful content through our forms
• pretend to be us or suggest you are connected with us when you aren't

Our content

The site's design, text, graphics, the Mittu character, our logo, forecasts and compiled data belong to AHAN Apps LLC or are used with permission. Darshan-QPI™ is our trademark. Our published research paper is shared under its own licence. Traditional prayers and sankalpam texts remain part of our shared heritage; our specific layout, translations and compilation are ours.

What you send us

If you send feedback or ideas, you let us use them to improve Plan My Darshan without owing you anything. Please don't send anything you don't have the right to share.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limit of liability

Plan My Darshan is a free service. To the fullest extent the law allows, AHAN Apps LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any travel, booking, accommodation or other costs, delays or missed darshan, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its forecasts or content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top when we do. If we add paid features or voluntary contributions, we will add the terms for those before they go live. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, these terms don't take that right away.
